Billy Pendergrass has served as Pastor of Tri County First Pentecostal Church since 1992. He and his wife reside in Percy and have four children-one son, three daughter and their spouses-and two grandchildren. Pastor Pendergrass is an ordained minster with the UPCI for 41 years.
