WHAT IS THE DREAM TEAM?
The Dream Team is a group of awesome people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team, waving someone into a parking spot, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Kids Team, to being involved in a dynamic experience with the Worship Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Small Group—we are a group that advances the Kingdom of God.
JOIN THE DREAM TEAM
Take the next step in joining the Dream Team by getting started in First Steps. First Steps is designed to equip you to live life as a fully-devoted follower of Christ—from learning the essentials of our faith to discovering and fulfilling your God-given purpose. First Steps happens every month in four consecutive Sundays, starting with Step One on the first Sunday of the month. We invite you to jump in at any time after a Sunday morning service.
STEP ONE
Step One happens the first Sunday of every month. You’ll hear the Tri-County First story and find out what we’re all about. At the end, you’ll get a chance to become apart of this amazing family!.
STEP TWO
Discover your personality and gifts and see how they indicate your purpose in life and your best fit in ministry. We believe everyone was created with a God-given purpose, and one of the reasons we exist as a church is to help you discover that purpose and get plugged in to it. Step Two happens the second Sunday of every month.
STEP THREE
Explore the ministry focus of Tri-County First and find out what makes us unique. We use Step Three to answer some important questions that you’re probably already asking! Step Three happens the third Sunday of every month.
STEP FOUR
We want to get you connected to a team as quickly as possible because there's nothing as fulfilling as making a difference in someone else's life! Connect to the opportunities available at Tri-County First to live out your purpose and serve others by using your gifts. Step Four happens the fourth Sunday of every month.
